Working Principle

The Air Classifier Mill operates through a variable feed screw mechanism that transports material from the hopper into the grinding chamber. Inside the chamber, high-speed grinding discs and pins reduce the particle size through impact and attrition.
The ground material is carried by the controlled airflow into the classification zone, where fine particles are separated from coarse particles. Acceptable product particles are collected through a high-efficiency bag filter system, while oversized particles are returned to the grinding chamber for further size reduction.
